The machine is fully automatic control, automatic pick-up and put tray, automatic into the barrel, automatic grab bucket stacking, manual pick-up and put partition, automatic out of the stack. During production, manually take a tray and put it to the designated conveying position. After bagging, the bucket water is transported by the conveyor and arranged into 4 rows by pneumatic mechanism (4 barrels in each row, can be customized). The bucket grabbing mechanism grabs the bucket water and puts it on the tray. After stacking one layer, manually take and place a partition board and put it on the stack, and then repeat stacking the second layer. After stacking a stack, it will automatically get out of the stack (forklift forklift), and then enter the tray, stack the bucket, take out the clapboard, and repeat the stacking operation.
